Earthbound Farm Giving Away a Free eCookbook

Earthbound Farm is an all organic company that specializes in growing fresh ingredients to make packaged salads. The company is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, and is offering a free ecookbook that is filled with salad recipes. I love eating salads, and I have a set of Grandparents that eat salads every night for dinner. I can’t wait to share this deal with them.

The ecookbook is titled Salads for Every Season: 25 Recipes from Earthbound Farm, and is 83 pages long. The cookbook was prepared by Myra Goodman, the author of The Earthbound Cook and Food to Live By. Myra believes that packaged salads are convenient and encourage people to eat healthier. I must say that I agree with her. Whenever we start our meal off with a salad, we eat less of the heavy meats, and are not as apt to quickly grab a dessert after dinner.

If you want to take advantage of this spectacular deal, you must do so before the end of the year. The offer expires 12/31/11. You can find the free download at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble’s website, Google eBooks, iTunes, Sony’s ebook store, or Kobobooks.com. That is plenty of options so you really have no excuse for not taking advantage of this offer, unless of course, you don’t like salads.

You can download the ecookbook to your computer, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Android, iRiver, Nook and Sony. I’m going to download the ecookbook to my computer so that I can print it out and store it alongside my hard bound cookbooks for quick access. Of course, my daughter prefers to store her information on the iPod Touch, so it is just a matter of preference.
