Life Choice is currently offering a free sample of one of their delicious nutrition bars. The offer is available through Wal-Mart. Life Choice is promoting four different types of nutrition bars. First, there is the meal bar, which gives you a quick boost of nutrition should you need to skip breakfast. Second, Life Choice has an energy bar. This bar will give you a bit of a pick-me-up in the afternoon when you begin to feel a bit sluggish. Third, you can try the protein bar. Protein is essential during the times of the day when you are more physically active. Finally, you can take advantage of the wellness bar, which is full of essential vitamins and minerals that are needed to keep you in tip-top shape.
You can get your free nutrition bar by heading to Wal-Mart’s free samples page. Click on the picture of the Life Choice nutrition bar. Next, you’ll have to click the green button that says “Get a Free Sample.” A form will pop up that you will need to complete. Start by filling in your full name, mailing address, and current email address. Move on to your year of birth, followed by a short questionnaire that seeks to find out what type of nutrition bars you currently consume, if any, and your purpose for purchasing them.
The last thing you need to do is check the box that says you will agree to complete a survey after tasting the nutrition bar, or the box that states you would not be willing to complete a survey at this time. Either answer will not affect whether or not the company sends you a free sample. Click the blue submit button and you’re all finished.
Make sure you allow between six and eight weeks for your nutrition bar to arrive.
